On March 15 of 2010, chief of research and development center Prof. Huang Guoguang & international cooperation center Ruan Xinjie from Taiwan Tajen University and director of Academic Exchange Center Doctor Ye Qinghui from Dahan Institute of Technology visited our college. They were warmly welcome by board chair Yang Hongwei, president Zhang Yungang, vice president Liu Xiang, deputy director of educational department Song Feiyu and staff from foreign affairs office.  Board chair Yang Hongwei and president Zhang Yungang showed their warm welcome to visitors, introduced the general information of YCBM and discussed education & culture of Taiwan. Prof. Huang Guoguang and Doc. Ye Qinghui expressed their appreciation to student management and development prospects of YCBM. The two parties agreed that education with national record would be carried out as soon as policy about mutual recognition of credits between two sides was put in place.
    Conversation was run in the pleasant atmosphere. In the end, the two sides signed the frame agreement about teacher-student exchange, academic seminar and scientific cooperation.
